Pearl’s Pick - a Bywater Bourbon Four Grain Mash finished first in River Basin Rye barrel and then in Black Pearl Rum barrel.

Dane’s Decision - a Bywater Straight Bourbon finished in local Steen’s Cane Syrup barrel.
